Peter Imbrogno, Jr.

Peter Imbrogno, Jr. received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Old Dominion University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Imbrogno is admitted to practice in the Virginia Supreme Court and all state courts, as well as the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Fourth Circuit Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Imbrogno is also qualified as a Guardian Ad Litem. He is active in the Virginia State Bar and the American Heart Association. Mr. Imbrogno's accounting background gives him a perspective in the areas of law in which he practices, which include Family Law, Domestic Relations, Wills and Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Defense, Creditors' Rights, Collections Law and most traffic matters.

Mr. Imbrogno has a wealth of experience in the field of family law. He has built a substantial practice representing

clients charged with traffic offenses and misdemeanor crimes in the general district courts throughout the Tidewater area.

Mr. Imbrogno also has broad experience in representing clients in the state and federal courts throughout Hampton Roads. Mr. Imbrogno has obtained significant jury verdicts and insurance settlements involving wrongful death of children; permanent injury as a result of the negligence of doctors, hospitals, pharmacists and surgeons; pain and suffering from an exploding cooker; and a wide variety of cases involving operation of motor vehicles and motorcycles.

Jennifer Peterson

Ms. Peterson graduated with honors from Valdosta State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Minor in Political Science. After graduation, Ms. Peterson worked for a seasoned family lawyer in St. Marys, Georgia, as a law clerk. In 2005, Ms. Peterson graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law and in 2006 she became a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Peterson continued to practice in St. Marys, Georgia as a family attorney.

In 2007, Ms. Peterson and her family relocated to the Hampton Roads area. Ms. Peterson joined the Law Firm of Peter Imbrogno & Associates in April of 2007 and became a member of the State Bar of Virginia in June.
