Peter Imbrogno, Jr. received his Bachelor of Science in accounting from Old Dominion University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Dickinson School of Law of the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Imbrogno is admitted to practice in the Virginia Supreme Court and all state courts, as well as the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Fourth Circuit Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Mr. Imbrogno is also qualified as a Guardian Ad Litem. He is active in the Virginia State Bar and the American Heart Association. Mr. Imbrogno's accounting background gives him a perspective in the areas of law in which he practices, which include Family Law, Domestic Relations, Wills and Estate Planning, Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Criminal Defense, Creditors' Rights, Collections Law and most traffic matters.
Mr. Imbrogno also has broad experience in representing clients in the state and federal courts throughout Hampton Roads. Mr. Imbrogno has obtained significant jury verdicts and insurance settlements involving wrongful death of children; permanent injury as a result of the negligence of doctors, hospitals, pharmacists and surgeons; pain and suffering from an exploding cooker; and a wide variety of cases involving operation of motor vehicles and motorcycles.
Kim Imbrogno received her Bachelor of Arts in History from James Madison University in 1992 and her Juris Doctor degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1996. Ms. Imbrogno is licensed to practice in Virginia and is a member of both the Virginia State Bar Association and the Virginia Beach Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in all Virginia state courts, the Supreme Court of Virginia, and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Ms. Imbrogno has been practicing law for more than 16 years. She distinguishes herself from other
